The project is valued at $3 million, Jones Lang LaSalle Construction said, and the new offices were designed by Gensler, a global architecture firm. MassDevelopment issues $30m bond for Falmouth assisted living facilityMassDevelopment, the Commonwealth’s finance and development agency, said it has issued a $30 million bond on behalf of Woodbriar Senior Living LLC, which will use bond proceeds to build a 125-unit assisted living facility in Falmouth. Woodbriar Senior Living is a subsidiary of Ventas Inc., a real estate investment trust focused on health care properties such as senior housing communities, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and medical office buildings. | |||

Strategic alternatives that will be considered include “raising additional financing to enhance the company’s ability to grow, a potential restructuring of its capital structure, or a potential sale of the company,” iParty said. Some of CNN’s ‘Election Night in America’ coverage is set to take place at Faneuil Hall MarketplaceCNN, the cable news network of Turner Broadcasting System Inc., said it is gearing up to bring its “Election Night in America” coverage to Faneuil Hall Marketplace as part of a larger plan that is set to telecast reports from a range of cities, including New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. At Times Square in New York, for example, CNN plans to set up “jumbo screens” so local spectators can watch the station’s coverage.
