Oct. 09, 2012 A Jerry Remy’s Sports Bar & Grill is coming to Fall RiverJerry Remy’s Sports Bar & Grill is gearing up to open at a new waterfront location in Fall River, the bar’s managing partner said Tuesday. The 6,200-square-foot location is expected to open later this month; the restaurant can accommodate up to 350 people including 150 outdoor seats. A 70-foot awning will cover half of the patio and provide a temperature-controlled atmosphere for diners. To ensure that no game-time action is missed, there are several video walls, including one 18 feet long. | |||
Massachusetts gas prices up 4 cents a gallonThe average price for gas in Massachusetts was $3.889 a gallon in the latest weekly AAA survey, up 4 cents from the previous week’s average, AAA Southern New England said Tuesday. Massachusetts prices locally are up 8 cents over the past month. The current national average is $3.81 a gallon. A year ago at this time, the Massachusetts average was $3.41 a gallon. | |||
