Galvin to investigate Bank of America broker
Secretary of State William F. Galvin is investigating a Bank of America broker who allegedly invested a Waltham couple's money more aggressively than promised, possibly contributing to the loss of half their savings, a spokesman for his office said.

L.L. Bean reverses 2 years of sales declines
After two consecutive years of declines, outdoors and clothing retailer L.L. Bean finished 2010 with a 5.7 percent increase in sales, indicating skittish customers are feeling better about spending, the company said today.

Euthymics Bioscience Inc. said it has started an advanced clinical study of its lead product candidate EB-1010 for the treatment of major depressive disorder, MDD, and added that it recently raised another $4 million in Series A financing.
