Santander proposes new Sovereign CEO
Banco Santander said the executive committee of its board of directors has agreed to propose Jorge Moran be named chief executive of Sovereign Bank and country head of Santander businesses in the United States.

Dynasil shares will trade on Nasdaq
Dynasil Corp. said its common stock has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Global Market and added that it expects shares to begin trading there on Dec. 17 under the ticker symbol DYSL.
