Wells Fargo downgrades Lockheed, upgrades Raytheon
Wells Fargo upgraded Raytheon Co., the Waltham-based defense contractor, today but also downgraded Lockheed Martin Corp., presenting a mixed outlook for the US defense industry.

Genzyme rejects Sanofi offer
Genzyme Corp., the Cambridge biotechnology company, said it has rejected Sanofi-Aventis SA's $18.5 billion buyout offer because it undervalues the company, the Associated Press reported this morning.

AG Coakley settles with CVS on drug pricing
Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley has reached an agreement with CVS in which the pharmacy chain will repay the state and public entities $2.65 million for alleged prescription drug overcharges.

State board sides with nurses union
The Massachusetts Nurses Association today hailed a ruling by the state's Employment Relations Board as a "complete victory" for its member nurses at Cambridge Hospital who are seeking to negotiate a labor contract with the hospital's operator.
