Coakley calls for lower commercial auto insurance rates
Attorney General Martha Coakley is calling on the state's insurance commissioner to reduce auto insurance rates charged to companies, citing an analysis by her office that shows insurers overcharged manufacturers, trucking companies, and other businesses that own vehicles by about $1 billion between 2004 and 2010.

Nutter announces new leadership
William C. Geary III and Deborah J. Manus will lead Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP as co�managing partners, effective July 1, the Boston law firm said today.
