State cites Cambridge Hospital over contract talks
The state Division of Labor Relations has issued a complaint against Cambridge Health Alliance, saying there is probable cause to believe it violated state law by halting contract talks with the union representing nearly 400 registered nurses at Cambridge Hospital and putting into effect a contract that cuts retiree health benefits.
